DataChuck provides web hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment Terms

• All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Spamming or unsolicited communications
• Activities that could harm our infrastructure or other users
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations

6. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. In the event of extended downtime, eligible customers may receive service credits as outlined in our SLA document.

7. Limitation of Liability

DataChuck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
